Together We Stand Against Violence

Our organization was founded in 2017 in response to a significant increase in violence, shootings, and killings in our community. Concerned citizens came together with the determination to work towards reducing violence and creating a safe environment to live and work in. Inspired by the scripture in Matthew 5:9, we adopted the name "Peacemakers" and have since been actively involved in the solutions to violent crime.
Our organization aims to be the voice for those who have been affected by violence, providing moral and spiritual support to the most vulnerable members of our community. To do this, we emphasize the importance of reporting violent crime and are committed to a coordinated community response for prevention and intervention.
By collaborating with law enforcement, public officials, educators, and community organizations, we strive to bridge gaps within our community and bring awareness to the impact of violence on our culture.
